Easy to get to.
The long staircases. I asked if I could get a room on a lower floor due to knee issues but they could not accommodate me.

The staff was professional and helpful.
The bathroom had paint chipping off the wall and paint chips were in the bathtub. There was mold building up, above the shower head.
