It's a nice place to stay in Carpinteria, walking distance to shops and dining

The breakfast area was like a zoo to small and crowded.

Breakfast was ok, eggs, sausage, bacon, cereals and breads. its a continental breakfast. my granddaughter loved the pancakes and oatmeal. the rooms were clean. cleaning ladies very helpful.

I did not like the service from the front desk person, did not greet, did not instructed where my room was. I was lost , since there is some construction/renovation going on which I was not notified ahead of time. I think customers need to be notified of hotel being renovated ahead of time , prior to booking. thank you
