Walking distance to Disneyland.
Free parking was available, and a parking lot that could accommodate large vehicles.
Large family rooms with 4 beds .
Hot water was a bit slow to get flowing.
The provided breakfast was late .. for us early risers , late in general.

I really liked the location because I attended the D23 convention this year and it was a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and a 15 minute walk Anaheim Convention Center!!

-free parking and parking was easy
-clean
-loved that there was ice, a microwave, and fridge in the room

Great location! You can walk to Disney in less than 15 minutes. The room is very spacious and bonus having a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker! Check in was a breeze and continental breakfast was great to have too. Beds were comfy and having extra blankets and pillows was a plus. Not being charged for parking is hard to find these days. I would stay here again.
The tub was not draining well and there were a few ants but only in the bathroom every now and then.
