Cumple pero puede mejorar

El que tenga cocina

Que nunca nos dieron el servicio de limpieza del cuarto. Solo nos cambiaban las toallas y las sábanas a solicitud y estuvimos 15 días y todo el tiempo tuvimos que tender las camas y los trastes lavarlos todo el tiempo

Arrived in the morning, cant check in till 3pm but luggage storage is available so it’s good. Staff is friendly and help

Tidy and clean, helpful staff

Wifi is slow and can’t cover the master bedroom and bathroom.

A cozy place for my stay at Vancouver

The administrator Dushan was very helpful and responsive. The location is quite convenient and easy access to buses.

The location is close to hospital, so there were ambulance sirens sometimes. Suggest the bathroom should install grab rail for safety.

Convenient location to hospital

A spacious, clean and comfortable apartment with included Parking a bonus in Vancouver. Location was perfect for us, close to the Vancouver General Hospital.

The kitchen is rather dated but adequate.

Good location for us. Love having two room and a kitchen

Slighted dated. Wasn’t sure about cleaner, visited at random days and only vacuumed room. No bathrooms or floors moped

Service was good but I did not get the balcony room as booked.

I did not like the parking spot given to me as my rental car was big I had difficulty parking.

Spacious place in close proximity to Broadway and not far from downtown. Good access to public transportation (bus stops nearby, a couple of blocks from Canada line Skytrain). Great and generous host.

Can get slightly noisy in the nighttime due to close proximity of VGH and ambulances going from/to VGH 24/7

One of the less pricey options in Vancouver.

A bit tricky to check in without preparation because there was no front desk (I know that they sent the info ahead of time and I ignored it until showing up). It's an apartment, not a hotel.

My stay in December

The only reason I was interested in this place was the location (I worked at Vancouver General Hospital) . And the landlord was really helpful and nice.

The smell of the apartment was a deal breaker to me. The kitchen appliances had food resdu on them. I hope they could pay more attention to theses details in the future. Also, housekeeping just came for a towel change only. Nothing else was cleaned.

Building lobby a little dated but clean, I don't know if all apartments are the same but the one I stayed in was a one bedroom with balcony on the third floor and was amazing, it seem to have been recently updated, everything was super modern, clean, kitchen and washroom had everything I needed, bed was comfy... I could see myself living there a while! And the person in charge seemed really nice, Thank you for the great stay, amazing value for the price!

it was nice staying, beautiful streets to walk.

it’s a nice apartment, you have all the things that you need. the location is good, you have a drugstore in front where you can found different things.

it was not so clean, there were spiders and cobwebs in the corners of the ceilings.

A comfortable place to stay as a home aboard since it has a fully equipped kitchen and laundry.

Noise from traffic wakes us up in the early morning. Minimal cleaning services. The cleaning lady only did vacuum but did not clean the toilet in the weekly routine.

Sorry for my English ). The best place for temporary or long-term staing. Pet friendly 🙂 Very friendly staff Dushan and Svitlana. The apartment is large, bright, clean. There is all the necessary equipment in the kitchen, detergents, washing powder. The location is excellent 👍.Near by Canada service center, banks, shops. Our family was very happy to stay in this nice house. Thank you a lot 💖

Secure building, nice apartment at a great value The host was very friendly and helpful, responded to requests immediately. Very accommodating

Not much to complain about, I do feel that there could be a little more effort put into cleaning especially the kitchen area, and detail instructions on what goes in recycling, garbage rules. Also having some staples available for cooking like salt and pepper, oil, etc.
