Great location, 1/3 mile to beach. Walk to restaurants and shops.

Room was not quiet. You can hear everyone in the hall even if they are talking low. The breakfast wasn’t as good as usual in my past visits. Twice I had to go to the front desk, because there was no coffee, egg omelets or yogurt. The first room they gave me was musty. I got a new room and the door was not closing tightly, it rattled a bit, too much play. There was no pool towels another time.

Staff members very unfriendly. Every morning I would try to say good morning and smile at them but they would walk by me without saying anything back. I had a situation where I came back from the beach at 1:10pm and the room was not clean yet, it would be ok if the day before I didn’t have my room cleaned at all. I asked gently if the personal who was cleaning the room next door if they were going to clean my room next and I heard a “yeah”. My room was cleaned and ready for us to shower at 2:40pm (I had a 10 months old baby with me). Not a big deal, but I did tell them I had a reservation for a tourist event and had to leave the hotel in a certain time. After so long standing and waiting, I talked to the receptionist and she told me, not very happy with me, that they had a schedule to follow, I told her I understand, but I did ask if it would be cleaned soon and was told “yeah” at 1:10pm. During the waiting time, I saw the room cleaners laughing while getting stuffs that guests left from other rooms, using their cellphones etc.. while I was standing there with my wet baby. I would appreciate if when I asked, the answer was “no, we are not planning to clean your room in the next hour or so” so I could have plan to go someplace else to get ready. We used the laundry room few times and the room was extremely dirty. Anyway, my impression for the 6 nights there was that staff could be a little more friendly with guests, use simple words as “excuse me, thank you, good morning etc” instead of ignoring guests and looking at them with faces.
