Very poor

Room/bathroom was dirty. Floor was sticky and there was hair left in the bathroom. The room smelled like smoke. The wifi did not work.

The hotel room carpet was very dirty.

I liked how modern the room looked. And the staff were helpful.

I didn't like how dirty the carpets were. There was a red stain in the middle of the carpet.

Excellent location and nice staff, the room however left much to be desired.

Room was not clean. I am not one to complain, but this room was very unsatisfactory. Hair throughout the bathroom, bed sheets were also dirty, and noise from cars in the parking lot playing loud music

Ok place but needs better water heaters in some rooms and better training of staff.

The bed, TV and fridge were good l.

The first room I was in had only lukewarm shower water even after running for 15 minutes as suggested by front desk. Also, shower gel dispenser did not work despite appearing full and was not fixed after I complained. Despite two emails confirming I was booked and had paid for three nights, the female clerk insisted I had only booked and paid for two nights. Apparently she did not understand the virtual card system used by Booking.com. After forcing me to call booking com they explained the system to her boss who then upgraded me to a larger room.

it was a pleasant two night stay, would of loved housekeeping to come over and clean up the next morning or any ask if w

staff kind and willing to assist you with any questions or concerns you have.

restroom could use a more deep cleaning, including walls.

I must say my stay at Studio Inn was amazing . I can say it’s the best motel I’ve stayed at around Downey ,CA.

I loved the way it smelled as soon as you walked in the room . I especially liked the way it was clean Inside , the bathroom was really clean . The bedding smelled freshly washed too .

I did not stay after being charge they are crooks

Nothing was good about this place the staff is horrible rude crooks I was charged for the room but could not stay at the time I went in the clerk a young foreigner told me he had a room I traveled from LA for a 3day job assignment he told me to book it I did 1:30-2am I was charged $572.3= after being charge to clerk told me I could not check in till 3pm I was devastated he lied I called downey police they did nothing I want a refund back on my account do not pay studio Inn nothing I had to go to another hotel also a couple came when I was there the clerk rented them a room but not me this is discrimination I want justice

worst ever!! the only redeeming quality was the desk staff!! they were great!

price gouge for the room, it felt like a bait and switch! can’t believe Booking referral! i won’t trust you again! worst stay! noise, didn’t sleep more than 1 hour! We felt like it was a pay by the hour type facility. walls crumbling, only overhead lights, No lamps, $250.00 plus &100 deposit! are you kidding— it was insulting!!

We like nothing about the experience very rude at front desk

We didn't even make it into our room because of the front desk staff was rude to my wife ask for a refund and now are having lots of trouble getting our money back and we didn't even step foot in the room
