Over all I was comfortably satisfied only because I don’t mind cleaning a bit and I tend to carry all my hygiene needs

For the most part the looks of mostly everything is decent.

Room could be cleaner, working televisions, maybe a couple channels, and towels and tissue should be given

The Rooms Was Disgusting And The Heater Did Not Work At All(Spend Nights In My Sheets And Blanket) I Could Not Even Get Up To Stretch My Legs(How Cold It Was In The Room) The Room Did Not Seem Tended To(It Was Like) They Did Not Even KnowThe State Of Their Rooms… They let Other Guesses Disturb Other Guesses With Their Noises(I Had To Speak To Another Guess On Behalf Of The Property) To Keep The Noise Down, Iam Resting…Etc,,

Very rundown and sketchy place, doesn't seem to be a good place to stay at.

Nothing. Place was sketchy and dirty.

Place was sketchy and unsafe parking lot. Lots of people just hanging out in the back. The room was dirty. Blankets had cigarette holes, toilet had poop in it. We didn't even bother staying. Right when we walked in, we checked out and moved to another location.

I will never, ever!!! Come back to this Hotel.

I did not like Anything! About the Property! Bed sheets and blankets were so dirty. Room door was broken. I was having trouble trying to lock the door.

Property looks Ghetto!!! Weird people in the area. Very dirty place. Felt unsafe taking my family there!

Victor and his wife are very polite and courteous to you and they are accommodating to your needs

the staff here is polite and respectful they accommodate you with your needs and answer any questions you may have their not rude and they speak to u with respect

Poor Management / Understaffed

The one employee that was cleaning all +15 rooms, was clearly overworked, nonetheless she was kind, effective and quick If I asked her for something. The pool was ok. The location was amazing! I would only stay again for the bars and shopping center that surrounded the area.

The employee at the front desk however, didn't seem to be bothered when the other one employee had a large volume of rooms to clean prior to guest check-in. I notified the employee in the front desk, who seemed to be on her phone for personal reasons, of our filthy room which included, unwashed bedding on the floor, overfilled trash cans and dirty restroom, but she was quick to cut me off to urge me to ask the overworked employee, who clearly had too much on her hands. I helped her wash our bedding, but I went to the dollar store to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the restroom.

it was infested with roaches and bed bugs I would never stay there again I want my money back . I have videos of the roaches crawling everywhere
