I can always rely on a HIE feeling safe and welcoming. I was able to get a last minute room with no problem and check in was easy. There was also a great selection of breakfast items to choose from.
The room smelled a little musty and the hot breakfast items (eggs and sausage) were inedible.

Loved the fact we had a continental breakfast. My husband and I both thought it was delicious. Yes, options may have been limited, but the fact that we got a breakfast included in our stay is usually a selling point when we book hotels. So we are grateful. The room was clean which is the first thing I look for in a hotel. We’ve stayed with holiday in many times for these reasons and will continue coming back!

The hotel staff was great and the hotel was clean. The continental breakfast was well maintained.
The only problem was the exhaust fan in the bathroom did not work, which makes it difficult
