The staff was very helpful yet the pool water was a bit cloudy and rooms outdated.

It was a good stay. A bit pricey but good overall.

Breakfast was good and the staff was very helpful.

The main entrance area was also the area where groups gathered and ate and visited. It was very noisy and the smell of Pizza Hut you when you entered.

Loved the atmosphere, but the room should have been cleaner….

I loved the location and staff…

The shower wasn’t clean and it was stains on the carpet…..

It went well and we had a great time. Hopefully the next time we stay there, there will be more staf

I like that there was Dunkin nearby and close to Culver's; I liked that it was near a lot of amenities. The staff was very friendly.

TV selection and no option to play movies on a DVD. There wasn't any housekeeping which I understand was due to staff shortage. I'm sure it's been hard since the pandemic to find staff, but not having that housekeeping option was kind of a bummer. But we completely understand the reasons why.

Never staying here again

Breakfast was pretty good and that it was close to the highway for travel

They charged my account 600.00 more than my rate, when addressed they told me I have to contact my own bank and figure it out because there was nothing they could do. The room had ants in all areas. They were even in our bed. Bed was hard, rip in the carpet exposing the flooring below and fraying up, we had to block off the whole area so my son wouldn't crawl there and try to pull it. Pool was dingy and cold for being indoors. Some of the lamps did not work properly we had to unscrew light bulbs to turn them off and on.

Loved how spacious the suites were…somuch room!

Liked everything about the property. I think a mirror needs to be added outside of the bathroom so you can get ready while someone is in the shower

the property was very clean, the staff very friendly. we booked the accessible room and we’re very please. one of the few showers we’ve used where the water hasn’t leaked all over the floor! great value for your money!

Spacious and beautiful room. Large hot tub with 🔥 water. Not tepid..good and hot! The bar area is a nice design.

Unfortunately..my door key wouldn't work. I had them reprogram it 4 times before someone came up to the room!!! (No apologies offered?!) The magnetic reader on the door was malfunctioning! I was then afraid to leave the room, for fear of being locked out! I had wedding clients to meet and found this very frustrating and stressful. Thankfully the tub helped.

Best western has never disappointed.

The jacuzzi in the room made for a romantic night. And the pool was perfect. I've honestly not seen a pool like that where the center is the deepest.

Not worth the money or time 0/0 I DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE

The room was alright but very dark not much light

Rooms were to close to pool check in attendant was drunk amd tool 15 min to come inside was to busy smoking weed to come check us in breakfast was not worth what we paid

Started as a potential disaster and ended in a very pleasant stay.

The attendant, Shay, really came through for us an turned a bad first experience into a satisfactory one by going above and beyond. The initial room we had was a bad experience as the heater kept making a horrible clanking noise and we couldn't sleep. In addition, the noise in the next room was x-rated. At midnight we requested a different room. The night attendant (Did not get her name) was very apologetic and did get us a room but it was not the same type. By the time we got things transferred and to sleep it was 1:30. We did not sleep well but the next morning we requested to get a different room, the same type we had originally. Shay was so good and accommodating and we did get moved that afternoon and the rest of the stay was great. Both attendants need to be given credit for a job well done.

I don’t like being charged after I leave with a receipt

we checked out and got a receipt for our room. checking on line tonight they added an additional 50.00 as a separate bill which was not on out receipt. I didn’t like that at all. we barely used anything at the hotel.

Pretty good, considering the busload of hockey brats.

Staff was top notch, from reception to housekeeping, friendly and courteous.

Through no fault of their own, there was an entitled kid hockey team staying there at the same time as us, largely unsupervised, who ran the hallway, playing hockey, yelling, riding luggage carts, etc. They woke everyone up at 6:30 am with their tomfoolery. I asked them to tone it down a couple of times. Other than that, our stay was great.
