Super cosy in a quiet neighborhood and accessible from the interstate and also the university.
Slightly dated property although well maintained. Rooms could use some renovation and are dark in the daytime. Although there is a self-service guest laundry on site, the machines are ancient and work only with quarters. Need ed to hunt for quarters. App based online machines are expected like everywhere in this day and age.

The price
I could hear everything my neighbor was doing. The card key worked half the time and housekeeping knocked on my door at 8am…. Who does that?
