Have stayed two other times and went back for 3rd. Location, staff, clean, breakfast. Discount for room problem. 1 free Charger for EV.
First room had broken AC so had to switch rooms. Still took a while for 2nd room to cool down. Almost left the hotel out of desperation, but they made it right the next morning.

Comfortable, quiet, very friendly staff, and convenient. We enjoy staying here while visiting MSU.
I've stayed here a few times over the years, and the property could use a fresh up at this point.

Potholes on the road it’s on, but that is totally out of the hotels control and I don’t fault them at all
