Good location and price, would have preferred a quieter room

Good location and good value.

The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The refrigerator made a loud humming noise. You could hear the TV from the next room as if it was in our room, and it was left on all night. There were gaps around the door and the traffic was loud. It felt a little dingy; the walls needed new paint. The breakfast was not great.

Location, spacious room and it include microwave and coffee maker, board and iron

Dirty rooms

The rooms are not clean, they have a weird smell, garbage in the carpet , shower amenities were dirty , also curtains were dirty with a blood stain and the locks on the doors do not work properly from inside. The price is cheaper than most hotels but really not a huge difference. I won’t stay there again

Booked King suite, ended up in smaller room because of extensive smoke smell.

I have stayed here before and never had issues. Unfortunately, not this time. I booked the King suite for our 4 night stay because of a wedding. When entering the room, we immediately smelled a very heavy smoke smell. Since I have asthma and we were attending a wedding, we wanted another room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hairs still in the shower. They did not have other suites available, so we ended up in a room with a king bed. Room itself was okay, not the cleanest with dust on the nightstand and desk. Upstair neighbors were extremely loud at 2am. The bed was comfortable, though. As I paid for a suite, I asked for a discount since we ended up in a cheaper, smaller room. The lady at the front desk said the manager would contact me, but haven't heard yet. Going to dispute the charge with my credit company if I don't hear back by the end of this week. It's a shame, as my previous experiences were great.

This is definitely a great place to stay, if you are looking for 2 star hotel at reasonable cost

Perfect for visiting MSU. I’ll come back if I’m in town again.

Great staff. VERY comfortable beds and pillows. Clean rooms.

Not a big thing, but no elevator, so just be aware.

Nice staff. Good breakfast buffet including donuts, waffles, yoghurts, cerials, etc; Good location, nice walk to the campus if you, like me, don't mind walking 30 minutes. Soft beds.

Superb

Price, breakfast and wonderful staff!

Unruly guests that were over us the first night ( We stayed two). Had a leak in the bathroom over the toilet getting you wet ( was raining really hard that night). All and all we had a pleasant stay The second night was great.

Overall, we did like our stay.

Great Location. Its a walking distance for the places we want to go.

We stayed on the 2nd floor, there is no elevator. It is hard to take our big luggage upstairs. We came from international flights that why our 4 luggage are all 50lbs each at least. The parking lot is soo small at the front.

The rooms had a weird smell that made it seem dirty. Maybe someone had smoked in the room previously. The bathroom door also did not shut.

Pretty great

Chris was awesome, he was kind and quick to put me in a clean and comfortable room! The beds were comfy and the bathroom was exceptionally clean! Great shower pressure

Continental breakfast wasn’t the best. Duvet on bed was not buttoned, and you could tell the sheets were microfiber. Still fantastic mattress and pillows!!!!

I'm traveling for past 25 years stay in many hotel all over the world never experienced bad hotel nothing clean no customers service if the company to inspection it will fail anyway i suggest no one should stay here .thanks .zero stars.

it was inexpensive, close to campus and clean. Offered a basic breakfast that worked for being in a hurry. Perfect when you aren't going to spend much time at the hotel. Staff was great. would stay again.

Light coming through window they said they would look at. the air fan didn't stay on as much as I wanted. Otherwsie nothing really it was what you'd expect for a lower budget room

Was a bad experience and paid over 300.00 a night for a dirty room.

Did not eat the breakfast.

Rooms need to be cleaned and updated. Room smells and paper thin walls.

Clean room, There was no comfortable chair to sit in only a desk chair.

The pass through corridor where I had to go upstairs to get to the other side where my room was stunk like urine

I like the diversity of the area and the understanding staff.

great view and felt safe stretching my legs on the 2nd floor balcony. Staff very helpful in a non-effusive way which creates less anxiety for me.

The room was not neat. The housekeeping service was terrible never clean my room and I have to chase them to clean towels, toilet paper and the trash taken out.
