Location, value for money given the location. Ample parking space and near to all supermarket and restaurants.
Expect reception staff to be a little more courteous. On checkout they forgot the deposit I kept. I have to come back again to collect. Needs training. hardly anything in breakfast. Just a pancake and tea/coffee. But its value for money and location is excellent to cover these.

Good price, location within a mile from restaurants and shopping. Clean facility for older property.
Breakfast was not replenished with hot foods. Little selection of food.

Staff was helpful and friendly.
We stayed in room 125 and it had an unpleasant smell as soon as you walked in.
