I appreciated the ease of being able to reach the host and ease of checking in and out. The rooms are very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious!
It is unfortunate that this location does not have central AC, however the host has made fans available in the rooms. The location was overall convenient but a little difficult to reach via public transit.

The size and amount of washrooms was great
FILTHY! Absolutely disgusting. The beds were not maid and bedding was NOT clean. There is rotten fruit in the cupboards, floors haven’t been cleaned in a VERY long time. Would’ve been nice to have access to cleaning supplies. We had to wash our own bedding upon arrival. Mouldy sink drains, oven is disgusting and when you use it, it smoke’s up the whole house. Smoke detectors clearly don’t work. Garage all over the backyard from prior guests. Full ashtray as soon as you walk on to the deck.
