Location was great. Breakfast was excellent.
View was terrible. Room was nice but nothing like the pics on website.
Parking was public lot 4 blocks away.

The location of this hotel and the staff were the selling points. It is right on the main square making it so easy to walk around the town. You have to park a few blocks away but there are a few parking spots in front of the lobby to unload your bags. The people who worked at the front desk were friendly and we even went to get a wine tasting and cheese in their dining room at 5PM.
The room smelled a little funny but it is an old historic building so it was kind of fitting. It sorts of smells like your grandmother's house would. It was not a problem, just something to note.

We stayed in the Carriage House which was a large suite located behind the main hotel. The suite was very spacious. The breakfasts were very good, as well as the wines served in the afternoons.
The bed in the Carriage House is worn and both sides roll away from the middle. It's time for a new mattress.
