We really enjoyed our stay here, staff was so friendly and the location was amazing. We had a lot of places to visit and did a lot of shopping. 100% would recommend.

Close to airport. Recently renovated.

Location was close to freeway making traveling through Chicago convenient. Breakfast staff were very attentive.

The hotel was very clean and smelled as such. The beds very comfortable and loved the pillows. Breakfast was good and the gentleman that was there overnight at the front desk {didn't get his name} was very helpful.
They had a hard time finding me in the system due to my name wrong in it. We attended an event and returned late only to have other guests have excess to our room, the pool was not available and breakfast was another ordeal. The ladies at the front desk with check in/out didn't seem to care of our problems. I have never had this kind of experience before with any other hotel chain. I can say when visiting Chicago in the future, I will look for other options.
