Clean and comfortable

Very clean. Comfortable bed. Great location in Korea Town. On a bus line and not far from a subway line.

The AC/heating unit was right next to the bed. If you wanted to warm up the room, you had to tolerate hot air blowing directly onto you during the night as you slept. Very annoying and uncomfortable.

Its a great hotel, and is cheap.

It was great for its price and I would love to book another stay if I go back for a visit.

I didn't have anything that I didn't like, as it was great.

Only located in a good area and there are no more advantages

there is no water, there is no microwave oven in the room, running from 3 floors down to warm something, it's just awful. There is no place to pour hot water and no water at all

the location was great

there was a roach in our room. The staff was helpful with relocating us to a new room on a different floor which we were hesitant about but we went it with because it was already 10 PM. the other room was clean but everything is outdated

Great location. Free parking. Price. Good size fridge. Soap, lotion, shampoo. Pool.

Out dated room. Housekeeping cleaning the room above us at 11pm with vacuums and banging. Elevator permits expired. No microwave or coffee maker in room. Huge physical key for the door, no card entry. Poor ventilation so room got musty after a few showers. Overall you get what you pay for and this is an extremely affordable place in a great location so minor inconveniences can be overlooked. I would stay here again for 2 nights max.

Would have been great if it hadn't been for the noise.

Bed was comfortable.

If the fact that the room faced the main street and all we heard was vehicle traffic all night running over the steel plates in the street from current construction wasn't bad enough, the 3 AM wake up call from an adjacent room playing very loud music with heavy drum beating that lasted for over 30 minutes was the real deal breaker. And then the music continued even after the Police came and told then to turn it down. After another complaint to the desk it ended. This customer needs to be comped in some fashion like a reduced rate. I would suggest to ALL hotel companies this. We have too many people who book a hotel room simply to "Party". in every contract there needs to be a clear statement if ever the Police are called to their room to quell a disturbance they will be charged an additional $500. This applies to any "call". A room reduction comp was requested, we will see what they do.

Overall, a good value for the money

Great location, quiet and clean

I've stayed here before but this time the bed was very uncomfortable. Definitely needed a new mattress

Staff very friendly, location very good for our needs.

Very dated: key locks, not cards. Could use a fresh coat of paint and the room carpets badly need cleaning (instantly dirty feet). Air conditioning loud and inefficient. Internet very poor - we could not even stream TV on the smart TV in the room - bandwidth issues? First time I've had internet problems in a hotel in over 10 years...

Great for the price!

-Price -New TV -Clean room & bathroom -Pretty fast wifi -Kind workers -Comfy beds

-No restaurants around (only a Cafe across the street) -The elevator was kinda slow? (There weren''t really any downsides during my visit)

Absolutley perfectly good place to stay in an excellent location with clean, comfortable rooms.

Beds were comfortable Room size was nice with amenities and a mini fridge Window were soundproof so I slept great Free parking is amazing in that part of town!
