Basic room but definitely had everything we needed (beds, AC, TV, and bathroom). Was convenient and allowed us to handle business at nearby administrative offices while also getting a chance to do some easy sightseeing (like the view of the hollywood sign around the corner), with quick taxi rides to the walk of fame and to rodeo drive. The immediate neighborhood is absolutely lovely. We enjoyed a morning walk on the tree-lined streets admiring the beautiful homes.
A small complaint, but the carpet in the room felt like it needed a good steam cleaning. But generally, for the price, i was quite pleased. The inspection certificate in the elevator is clearly expired, which is mildly but amusingly discomfiting.

I think the facilities and comfort were ok for the price
One particular staff member was extremely unfriendly and unhelpful. They were not being clear and when I asked follow up questions they continuously passive aggressively said ‘maybe I’m not speaking clearly enough’, and when I called after our stay, this person aggressively hung up on me when I needed help.
