Mmm it's not worth it

I liked some of the staff

Lack of elevator ease, beds hard, everything was way over priced, so many homeless around, no parking for less then 30.00, water pressure sucked, breakfast is literally 30.00 per person. Bathroom is tiny. Will not be back

Amazing place will be back again

Great location downtown near many restaurants. Views are amazing and the staff is very polite and welcoming during your stay. I stayed at the Hyatt back in 2016 and it’s my go to spot everytime for me and my fiancé

Disappointed.

The rotating bar was cool. We met 2 x friendly members of staff. The first was on Guest Services, I can't remember his name but he was from Jamaica. He was helpful and upbeat. The 2nd was at the check out desk, she was efficient but didn't ask how our stay was.

I got food poisoning from the wings I had at Twenty Two Storys on Saturday night. I spent the following 2/3 days in agony. I was told by the pharmacist to eat plain foods so I got some rice crispies for the room. When I asked for a bowl from the kitchen it seemed like a massive deal and they didn't want to give me one. I asked at the main reception and they didn't seem to want to help either. I got the general feeling that staff just didn't want to help, they saw it as a chore. The price of water is disgusting! I paid $8 for a bottle of water from your market and the bottles of water in the room which should be complementary were $4 each!!! This is robbery!

The hotel was nice, the valet price was ridiculous for the wait time.

Great employees. Sway restaurant was awesome. Hotel was absolutely beautiful. Just extremely minor things, I didn’t like

It was beautiful

$55 a night valet parking fee. Room had feathers on the chase and somebody’s eye lash laying around. Bathroom sort of small.

The refrigerator/cooler didn’t work. Neither did the coffee maker. Contacted the front desk for assistance and no one ever came to fix it.

Older property that has been semi renovated.

The lobby was upgraded so it was pleasant.

The rooms didn’t have enough light at night. As long as the curtains were open and it was sunny outside, the room was bright enough during the day.

Everything. The facility is spotless and beautiful. The staff is friendly and willing to help. Definitely in my Top 3 places that I’ve ever stayed

The pool was closed, the lock on the door was broken, smelled like weed in the hall outside my door, there was a last complaining of bed bugs in her room when I was checking out. Looks nice in the lobby but the shuffled us off to international tower

Would stay again

The room was very spacious with great location. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful through our stay.

The beds were comfortable but felt moist, and there was hair in the tub & bed upon arrival. The valet service was useful due to limited street parking, but it was a pretty long wait to get our car when leaving the hotel each time.

Great radius room & perfect Bey-T-L experience with the music and her fav candy!

Location was amazing easy to get to the Mercedes Benz stadium. Stayed in the radius room loved the private entrance it was right near the Marta perfect hotel. Even got checked in early staff was excellent.

Shower didn’t drain well.

Comfortable, airy, well-maintained room and venue, plus the offerings of the market shop.
