Terrible, horrible, no good, very bad hotel. Unless you’re in dire straits, DONT!

Upon arrival I waited at least 15 minutes for a staff to enter the lobby and help me. Staff was very nice and helpful throughout the process

Booked sight unseen and that was a bad mistake. It’s Phx, tweaker city, but this place is literally crawling with them, damaged disgusting room, stinker of animals, urine and smoke the second you open the door. Druggies on stairwells, no lights on any stairwells, urine covered halls and stairs, the smell smacks you dead in the face. There was three literal piles of poop that looked like human feces on the ground by the pool. Oh and we were trying to be flexible and asked for another room after first key wouldn’t even let us in after we excuses ourselves passed the spaced out street crawlers.

Honestly we were not there long enough to like anything.

Roaches. " Newly renovated" room with bad tile, rotted out for frames, very sketchy people all over the property.

It was in a good location as far as travel time from me

There were huge pieces of the wall missing the chair in the room was filthy dirty there was no TV the mini fridge didn’t work and smelled like mildew
