I loved that the property offered blackout blinds and a comfortable bed but for the price probably could’ve found something. That’s a little more updated and clean overall.
The property needs a lot of attention to detail.. The pictures are a little bit off with the quality of the premises. For example, the elevator look like it was about to break down… the hallways were dirty, the TV didn’t work and didn’t have signal in the room, and the whole place could probably use an upgrade as far as fixtures. The pictures are definitely edited and taken from afar as you cannot see these things until you arrive.

Staff were very helpful and friendly
The heated outdoor pool and hot tub were very nice
The spa did not offer full services advertised, no massages were offered

Everything was great. Rooms were very clean. Pool and hot tub were wonderful.
Complimentary breakfast was great. Staff seemed overwhelmed though. A self serve coffee station & breakfast bar could be more appropriate, especially for travellers wanting to get on the road sooner.

The decor was nice.
Bathroom facet sprayed and was difficult to use. No fire sprinklers in sleeping area and no fire alarm.
Homeless person came into building and dug through garbage.
