I stayed here because I didn't have any other option.

The location was amazing

Room conditions were poor: squeaky beds . A/c broken. The entire room smelled funny, a sensation of dirty Ness all over the place. Good water pressure tough

Total disgust and disapointment

I arrived at their driveway without problems. Beyond that, the space allowed here can't begin to hold all the horrible experences I had staying at this property.

The room was filthy, walking in the room turned your socks black quickly. No fridge or microwave. instant coffee but no coffeemaker,broken toilet seat, every faucet leaking. missing lightbulbs, TV remote laying in pieces, non smoking room ?smelled like an ashtray. Being awakened at normal sleeping hours (12 to 3 am) by"clubs" across the street and directly next door at noise levels that would wake the dead. Room serviced 1 day out of 4, (3 days to fix toilet seat).The property took the word SLUM to a new level. Many other awakened guests outside thier rooms shared my thoughts. You should see the video with audio I took one morning at 3:30 AM. I can't believe Booking.com would promote this property on their site.

My Freemont st experience

Liked that it's walking distance to the "party places"

Waiting 4 hours to check.. 7:00 pm instead of 3. Funny that it's a smoke free room and watch as the cleaning staff are smoking while "cleaning" the room.

Wonderful staff

The staff was great. Very nice and helpful. I had misplaced an important item and they managed to get it back to me. Friendly from beginning to end. Many thanks to them, especially at the front desk.

The rooms are a bit dated, thus there’s quite a bit of wear. Older blankets etc. No fault of the people who work here though.

location

floor was dirty, beds were smelly, bathroom were smelly, not flushing properly. we booked for group of 6 was given 2 towels. when asked, staff was not helpful. lock of our room not even work

convenient, slight adjustment would make it more appealing to other people. the didn’t like was mainly feedback for the

small and convenient for one person.

the damage restroom door, the toilet paper holder as well, no trash can on the restroom, and no plastic bag as well on the trash bag.

Noisy!

Location was pretty good. A bit sketchy in this part of town.

The owner of the hotel also owned The Bar Next Door. On Friday night the music played until about 1:30 a.m. it was very loud. The speaker's face outside the bar. On Saturday night the music played until 6:00 a.m. It was so loud you could not possibly sleep. I called the police department to issue a complaint, but apparently there is no noise ordinance there. I called the front desk at 4:00 a.m. and they said the music would be stopping in 20 minutes. This did not happen. Don't book here if you want to sleep!
