Location.
Took long time to get into an elevator.

The staff was very friendly
The room was filthy, I'm a house cleaner, so I'm picky, I will admit, but there was dust, dirt, and hair everywhere. We were on the same floor as the pool, yay! But it smelled so strong of chlorine that I got a headache. We didn't even get our OWN shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a big reusable bottle that everyone who stays there has used. I couldn't bring myself to use them because you never know what someone has done to it! This hotel took cheap corners. The elevators were disgusting and looked as though they've never been cleaned. $330 to stay 1 night in a disgusting hotel. This was the most I've ever paid with the worst experience. I did not bring it up to the staff because they were all very sweet, and they didn't deserve that stress, but all the owners of this facility should be ashamed!

The parking was amazing and check in was fine. Breakfast was great and the staff in the breakfast area were amazing and so nice.
The sink in the bathroom was completely clogged. The outlets were extremely loose by the lamps and didn't work. There was hair in the bathtub when we got there. The beds were incredibly uncomfortable.

Hotel was clean and comfortable.
The day we were checking out the elevators were taking forever to get to us. My fiancé waited for an elevator to go down for over 10 minutes and another 10 trying to go back up to our room on the 10th floor. He decided just not to come back up and when I tried to go down after I faced the same problem. I decided to take the stairs but they do not lead directly to the lobby and I ended up having to walk out the parking garage. Just not a very efficient system for a hotel with such a large capacity. I also called to try to add him to the reservation (which we have done many times in the past) though it was under my name because he was going to get there before me. They told me it would not be possible and that I would have to be there with a card to check in. I got on Booking.com and changed it all to his name but it was not convenient or very kindly received. When he arrived they were also out of parking and just told him to park his truck in the handicapped spot.

The breakfast was good , the room itself was nice .
The front desk was very inconsiderate with the amount of people that were in the lobby they were having small talk while lobby continued to fill up . Elevators currently having issues . And security guard was no help at all when needed.

The receptionist was polite and offered us places to eat
Bad location, pool reeked of bleach, elevators were awful!! And had to use our hotel card to go anywhere and everywhere. The whole set up was just really inconvenient for us.

The staff is absolutely wonderful. Every employee we encountered wasn't just professional, but also genuinely kind and helpful. From the front desk, to housekeeping, to security outside. Every single person was wonderful! The bathroom was a great size, and the room nice and clean.
The hottub was under construction/repair. The pool ladder was broken/loose, and my daughter slipped and bruised both shins pretty bad. the pool area was VERY crowded and extremely loud. All towels were used by one huge group for hours the only evening we were able to swim, so that was kind of a bummer for my kiddos. The room was clean, and the bathroom was great. The beds weren't super comfy though. The elevators were functioning oddly and skipped floors or paused ever 2 floors.

They staff were excellent. The complaints and issues we had they made right. I just wouldn’t book on booking.com.
You, booking.com had this hotel listed with a hot tub which they do not have. Had I known this, I would have not stayed there. Change your listing and keep up to date. I will not trust booking.com again.

Room was a good size [2 beds & sofa bed in room].
Property did not accomadate number of guests staying at the location. Pool was packed, tried to use during a variety of times. 15+ minute wait to access Breakfast Room. Food was subpar (i.e. limited options, sausage & eggs not hot, refills were slow to happen). Front desk staff was unengaged & put forth limited effort to assist guests. AND, most off-putting, I was told on two occassions by front desk staff - "everyone here is sick, we're all not feeling well." And there was not signage or instructions regarding the parking garage, no staff available to offer assistance, which made arrival confusing & frustrating.

You said they have a hot tub and they do not. You said they have a pool, but then the pool was closed from 6a-4p Monday. My room key was deactivated 3
Times. The elevators suck. Takes 20 min to get to front desk and back to your room. Nobody has cleaned my room since I’ve been ere. When I complain to the front desk they say it’s booking.coms issues. Not there’s. Plus staff wanted to know why we didn’t just book directly with them. Smh! Total frustration and would. It recommend. Several more issues but just done.
Staff was pleasant. Felt bad for them.

Our favorite part of the whole trip was how friendly and helpful everyone was. The breakfast attendants, Sabrina and (Rebecca or Rachel) I'm horrible with names. They were amazing and so friendly, and Andy had all of the best suggestions on where to go and what to do.

Parking was simple! Breakfast was phenomenal! Hotel location was great, the rooms was clean. EVERYTHING was clean. We had minimal contact with the staff but when we had contact, they were some of the friendliest people!
The parking garage is very small and compact. If you have a large vehicle, youll have to park outside of the parking garage. The beds in the room was not very comfortable.

The location was fine. Enjoyed the ability to make waffles!
Suggest a few more toppings for eggs such as cheese. Yogurt was on ice but not cold. Cut melons or mixed fresh fruit would be nice.

It is a very family friendly atmosphere, and the staff is excellent.
Smells musty, and isn't the cleanest. The floors are all sticky, the lobby and halls have dust and cobwebs on the ceiling, and lighting fixtures. Bathrooms have no exhaust fans so keep that in mind.

Could hear the neighbor's TV and talking when the A/C fan was off. Could not make the fan stay on.
