Price of hotel and location
Hotel old, elevator small, air conditioner works good but needs cleaning.

The location is good, 5 min from 5th avenue, the lift has a pantograph door what can be hard to get in or out, it has a spring to close automatically so you have to hold the door to keep it open.
Some guests were doing drugs. The acoustic isolation , doesn't work, if it has a one,we can listen private conversation in the adjacents rooms and corridor.

Central location. Friendly staff. Privacy. Clean Bathroom.
Poor ventilation in the hallway and rooms. Sometimes there is cigarette smoke/food odors coming into the room from some mysterious source.
