Room was clean
Front desk staff at check in/out was great
Men's restroom at lobby was dirty and needs better attention. Furniture in lobby was worn out and needs attention. A lower daily parking fee would be more fair

Good location, great food at the restaurant and customer service at the restaurant was great. The check in was rough. Only in person was helping someone at the desk and another person was on the phone. Neither one even acknowledged us even though the one helping in person was waiting for the customer checking in to find their card in their bag. She looked annoyed and like she didn’t want to be there. Finally the girl that was on the phone finished up and helped us. She was nice and friendly once we were helped. I was traveling alone with my two kids so sitting there waiting for 5 minutes wasn’t a great way to start the stay.
I have stayed here before and everything was great, I slept well and no problems. This time the beds were so hard and uncomfortable. My daughter and I both were sore in the morning. The bathroom light also didn’t work properly. It would turn on just fine and then the next time not work. I got sick of it so kept it on the rest of our stay to not deal with it. The toilet also kept running so we had to keep jiggling the handle. The person down the hall had a little yappy dog that would bark once an hour, every hour until we finally were able to sleep. And there was also someone playing loud music on a floor under us. It was disappointing because the first time we stayed there it had been close to perfect. It makes me weary to try again, especially since this isn’t a cheap hotel.
