Convenient to the location where I had to have some dental work done. Decent price and a clean safe location
The walls are VERY thin. Whoever was in the room above us must have had active children or something because there was a lot of heavy walking and dropping stuff well after midnight and it made it very difficult to rest. I really was tempted to call the front desk but I figured they would just have us move and that seemed even more exhausting. But yeah - I didn’t get much sleep because of that. Luckily you all at least have Showtime on the TV so I watched movies til the noise finally died down

Staff was OUTSTANDING! I had an issue with noise above my room multiple times and they handled it very well. There was a gentleman named Mr. Shydel Moore ( same last name as me but no relation) He gave the extra touch of bantering back-and-forth with me in a fun way about our names being the same. It made it feel more personable as a customer.
He was kind, professional and accommodating.
The thinness of the walls & floors.
I’m not exaggerating. I feel if they were thicker I would not have an issue with the trampling above my head from other patrons keeping me awake at night.

staff was wonderful-very caring,went above and beyond,breakfast was ok-could have more variety of fresh fruit
no fan on bathroom,needs more trash cans in room-only 2 small ones-needs big one by kitchen and outside bathroom sink,more towels needed-only 1 set per occupant(Yes I know I could of called to desk and ask for more but not at 5am);lamp pole on desk was broken and kept falling over;Hallways had no A/C and were humid and musty.I know these seem like little things to some but at the price I paid I expect better
