We only stayed at this hotel for one night, but the location was great, rooms were clean, and it was quiet.

Location, perfect place to explore the wider San Diego area
Cleaning of the room, in particular the replenishment of the towels, needed to go to reception every day to get enough towels for the family

The staff are helpful and the room was clean that’s why we always choose to stay at this hotel whenever we visit our daughter at UCSD.

Good location, friendly staff.
No room service, which was not spelled out when we were making reservations. When cleaning/maintenance staff leaves around 4 pm, there's no room service at all.
Breakfast was there every day, but very basic and it was the same for all 5 days we stayed at the hotel.
