Très bien pour le prix.

Lit King-size, très bien placé. Bon rapport qualité prix au vu du prix proposé et l’emplacement de l’hôtel à 5 min de TimeSquare à pied.

Manque de choix pour le petit déjeuner.

Not comfortable stay n not worth for money I paid.

Location n breakfast

Not enough space for walking areas. I was in 10th floor and one lift was out of order hence I have to wait for 10-15 minutes for a lift. few times I used staircase to go down for all the way to lobby. If any emergency very difficult to get out that too on such a lift failure case. I will never choose holiday inn brands in future.

El servicio de desayuno súper rico y la Sra que está a cargo de el , la chica de recepción de la mañana súper amable a comparación de las de los otros turnos y el personal de limpieza wow impresionante

El tamaño de la habitación muy pequeño, un solo elevador para muchos pisos, se puede encontrar algo mejor más céntrico

Perfeita!

Eu tinha visto muitos comentários ruins e sinceramente acho que o nível de exigência das pessoas é alto demais, só pode ser. Digo isso porque minha estadia foi maravilhosa. Tudo estava impecavelmente limpo. Limpeza do quarto era diária. Atendimento maravilhoso e localização do hotel é perfeita demais. Logística perfeita pra andar a pé ou de metrô! O café também é muito bom, considerando que se trata de café americano.

I will never book this hotel again.

Breakfast was not good, meat tasted like cardboard, and eggs tasted like water. 1 elevator out of order and 1 elevator kept broken and you have to wait very long to for it to come to your floor. We were late for our Broadway shows and other trips. Staff not so helpful and acted like we stay for free???

Good location & breakfast, I just don’t know if I would stay there again because the rooms were so small.

Good Location. Room was clean, but very small!

We were told there wasn’t a resort fee and there was. Also, on Booking.com it stated there was a restaraunt & bar and there was neither! Rooms were very small.

Super!

Lage ist sehr gut, nahe an Metro Station und an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Top. Zimmer ist gut, kein Luxus, aber für den Aufenthalt absolut ausreichend. Frühstücksbuffet ist gut und vielfältig.

Negativ zu bewerten ist am Morgen die lange Wartezeit auf warmes Wasser im Bad. Teilweise lange Wartezeit auf den Lift in den oberen Etagen.

The temperature control was atrocious. No matter the setting - we set it at 90 - the air coming out was cool or lukewarm at best. I did not have any sleep to speak of. The technician who was sent to look at the problem tried but couldn’t help. I think it’s centrally controlled and I had the feeling that the numbers displayed in the room mean nothing. I observed that this is not limited to just this hotel but other hotels where I stayed recently (both Coasts). Hugely disappointed. A simple contraption that works well in countless homes across the world was contorted to be ineffective.

Non male ma se posso evito

Posizione strategica per il mio lavoro e vicinissime a time square…10 minuti di passeggiata

36 piani e 2 ascensori….al mattino attese anche di 15 minuti…se alloggi ai piani bassi usi le scale ma se sei al 15 o al 36? Colazione discreta ma locale decisamente piccolo… Pulizie a giorni alternati… Front desk con solo due postazioni,troppo poco

Would definitely not revisit or recommend to anyone else.

The location was great

The staff were really impatient especially the staff in the front desk. The property seemed to be very badly maintained with poor cleanliness. The dinning area was really dirty and sticky. Toilets and toiletries were poorly done. Furnitures and bedding were dirty.

Was not happy with my recent stay; maybe because it was a management issue, new and inexperienced employees or staff jus

I stayed there many time within the last few years and was very pleased but not my last stay. The room was bad, the front desk person was not honest and helpful. I came there about one hour before check in after a 5 hour drive and being tired I politely ask the clerk if my room is ready. She said in half hour. I went back in half hour and she said it’s not ready try back in half hour. At exactly 4 pm I went to the desk for the last time and she was smiling (like if she planned this) and said it’s now ready. Now there is no juice available for guests for breakfast anymore; things really have changed there. My wife and I had been traveling a lot lately but is less likely to stay there again. I forgot to add, there were roaches in 1101 bathroom.

Breakfast was okay and near by.

Rooms have no room to walk. It looks like prison. In bathroom no hooks to hang. Taking shower water was moving slowly so that was gross!!

The worth experience ever in NYC

No thing except the location

The street is full off homeless and dangerous people specially at night time Every time we walk by some homeless bother My family The rooms are tiny and small Carpet is full of blood stains The air conditioning is not work unless they fix it the second day The room keys don’t work they have to reprogram it every day I waited one hour every night to get some one to help every day with the room lock The room is filthy dust every were No housekeeping they just put new towels and take the garage out and no garbage bags in the rooms. Rooms not the same as the pictures I don’t recommend this filthy hotel All staff is no helpful at all Front disk agents are not professional They charge 250 & deposit and this is illegal They call it damage deposit They never refund it once you check out Broken glass in the room my kids get hurt

the best, the location to Times Square

the wrong,,,, the attention in the cleanliness of the room, of the 4 nights only cleaned the room 2 nights, did not change towels, the telephone in the room did not work, the terrible thing... the access to the rooms, you have to queue for a long time to go up or down, they have 2 elevators but only one works. the room is not as it looks in the pictures, they are very small. the safety deposit box was blocked and I had to wait for more than an hour and a half for them to fix it, 3 calls to reception and they didn't work until we went down to the lobby.

Pathetic staff behaviour

Staff behaviour My credit card was charged unauthorised 3 times and GM manager says its system error . I see this as cyber crime Staff was very rude on questioning and did not responded well. My bank gave me all proof of transactions happened in holidayin times square

It was the worst experience I have ever faced in IHG hotles.

The hotel location is very good. But the room condition is worst. It was smelling very bad and no one was ready to resolve the problem. Breakfast was ok.
