Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Hot coffee was available most of the day. Sometimes there were even chocolate chip cookies available.
The hotel only had two small elevators for a 36 floor hotel which led to long wait times. While breakfast was included, we had to deal with long lines to get mediocre food.

Location, clean, good bed, good breakfast, and great employees.
Elevator traffic in the mornings.
Price is higher than i would like, but so is every other property in the area,

Location and free breakfast. Also the staff was friendly and accommodated our request for a refrigerator.
Unfortunately, only one elevator was in service in a 36 floor hotel, which led to significant delays during breakfast and check-out.

Good location, walking distance to the crowded areas.
Good Breakfast with hot options, and cereal options also few fruits available.
The TV set did not work I was expecting TV set to work in order to see the Halloween Parade and the NY Marathon, so this was a downside. Unable to see the crowded festivities from my hotel room.
