It was clean and very nice hotel
Parking was additional charge and horrible trying to navigate in and out of. We weren’t notified of different towers and different elevators took us a minute to find our room and when asking front desk they were less then welcoming about it

The separate rooms with two tv's. Small refrigerator in living room perfect for water bottles or left over food. Location was very convenient. Good inside parking and very helpful, friendly staff. The cookies were as remembered.... and there was no limit on them. Made sure I didn't eat too many... too bad I can't get them anywhere else... worth the stay!
Carpet outside of room was never vacuumed and needed cleaning.

The hotel is nice and offers great opportunities to both work and relax. There are plenty of comfortable seating areas in the lobby and bar where you can work, as well as a nice, small outdoor pool. The food is great, and the staff are generally very friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable, with large bed, complimentary coffee, and spacy.
The hotel’s interior and style feel a little dated, particularly the bathroom tiles and bathtub/shower. I would also have appreciated complimentary coffee being available throughout the day in the lobby, rather than being removed at 11 AM. Additionally, no food/meal is available from the bar before 4 PM (you could have sweets and small snacks from the frontdesk).
Breakfast was the main area where the experience could be improved. The service seemed less well organized, with a wait to be seated even when the restaurant was not particularly crowded. The menu was limited, with no buffet option, and the main waitress seemed somewhat stressed and less friendly than the rest of the staff, correcting us several times.
The food itself was good, but we missed the flexibility of being able to mix and match different breakfast choices according to our individual preferences. We also found it disappointing that we had to choose between juice and coffee rather than being able to have both.
