I didn't like the tall guy at front desk. His attitude was very stink! when I asked about a location.

It was clean and well kept. The breakfast was also well served.
All around good experience except when I talked with the front desk rep after breakfast. She was abrupt and not customer friendly. Kept talking in Spanish to another staff while also talking with me in English (I don’t speak Spanish and she knew it) . She needs some retraining.she ended my nice stay on a bad note.

First of all, it’s not at the airport. It’s out of the airport number two very deceiving their shuttle stops at 10 o’clock and you are let stranded. I have to take an Uber to the hotel. The front desk person was not nice. He put the phone down when we called them what should we do about getting there? I would not stay at this hotel again.

I liked the location, the coffee station and ice machine.
There was no airport shuttle as advertised on this app. The access area to the rooms the carpet has a funky smell.
