Por um erro de nossa parte foi marcado a nossa reserva como 25 de Março e na realidade a reserva era para ser dia 25 de Fevereiro de 2024 e tive que fazer outra reserva de emergência com a garantia que o hotel ia resolver com vocês e devolveria o meu dinheiro coisa que não aconteceu e foi comunicado a vocês no mesmo dia da reserva e vocês ate hoje nem responderam o que mandei pelo zap no próprio hotel e o próprio hotel ficou de me dar um retorno e nada.

The bathroom tub was moldy, the shower was not working properly. The door that slides to bathroom was faulty was stuck inside. The carpets were dirty and developed a sore throat and eventually became sick. No sanitizer to the breakfast area. Driver for shuttle dropped us off at arrivals vs departure and it was an extremely long walk especially when accompanied by elderly ones. We were locked out our room on the second day as they thought we left. Room was extremely cold.

Good a a short stay

There was a free shuttle to the airport. The lobby, and common spaces were clean. It was a short drive to local mall and cruise port.

The room was average, but the sliding door for the bathroom was not good or working properly. It would not close and would not stay on track. The room was clean, but the bathroom was not, the shower needed a good scrubbing. Also, the towels were paper thin. Finally, the breakfast was fine, but ended at 9am, really early for a weekend. No coffee was available after 9 am.

Le grande chambre, assez proche de l’aéroport (35$ en taxi) & bonne qualité de la literie.

Très déçue du petit déjeuner. Peu de choix & pas de qualité. J’ai laissé les 3/4 de mon assiette.

Could not rely on the shuttle bus

Clean and comfortable

After our 10 hour flight we waited for the hotel shuttle bus. We rang them to make sure it was coming . We waited from 14.45 to 16.30 and had to get a taxi to the hotel eventually, it cost us $48. Not happy with that.

Worst stay.

There was nothing that stood out. The place was poorly kept

The room was not set up, the bathroom had mold in the shower, and the towel were bad they looked old and overused. The receptionist was not friendly, and she was never at the desk. Then, at one point, they say they can't do room charge. Everything has to be cash. Nowhere to sit for the breakfast, and the ladies didn't even help with anything. This was awful.

Ótimo quarto.

O quarto atendeu bastante a necessidade da minha família. Super limpo.

O café da manhã é muito fraco. Deixa a desejar bastante. Além de ter poucas opções, só serve de 6 às 8 da manhã.

Gratis parkeren Ruime kamer Weinig geluid van de vliegtuigen

Extra borg betalen van 100$. Nog niet terug.. Kamer vol met vlekken.. (bloed op de bank en op het laken?) Airco maakt te veel herrie. Ook als hij uit staat. Hotel heeft TLC nodig.

Very disappointed and would not stay here again . They really need to refresh the carpets, rooms and towels and do somet

The location was close to the Airport . The bed was comfortable. The room was quiet.

The room was not very clean and the carpet was heavily stained . We had to ask for the room to cleaned on the first morning of our stay as there was visible dirt and dust on the floor and carpet . The towels were well used and very grey from constant washing . They has become threadbare and some had small holes . The door to the bathroom was a sliding door which also doubled as the wardrobe door . It kept jamming and had to be pulled hard to get it to move. If anyone was at the wardrobe and someone opened the bathroom door it would hit them . The breakfast was limited in choice and not very appealing. Chopped up hotdog and lumpy scrambled egg ,bread for toasting or a limited choice of dry cereal Also the use of polystyrene plates, cups and single use cutlery is definitely not sustainable and bad for the environment as it all goes to landfill The hotel offers an airport shuttle service however when I called the hotel to arrange pickup the receptionist could not tell me where I could actually meet it and was not very helpful . It was the same person who checked us in after we had to get our own taxi to the hotel and was not very nice and seemed totally disinterested when I said it to her about the shuttle. She could have been a bit nicer

The bed was very comfortable and cozy and the security measures at the hotel is impressive

Breakfast can improve and there were a deposit fee that we did not know about, until we arrive at the hotel after paying the hotel in full before arrival. This should be communicated Toni's before not after.

Wouldn’t stay here again.

Clean. Bed very comfortable.

No drapes, only a very thin blind so the room was light at night from the street lights and a lot of light waking you up first thing in the morning. That is the biggest complaint. Toilet paper holder broken. Very small towels. Breakfast ok but no forks or knives. They were out of salt.

it was close to the airport and the room was really big

From the very beginning; the staff were not welcoming at all, and from there it all came down to the cleanliness of the room. There was hair on the towels and visable stains on the duvet and sheets. After a 12 hour flight it was the worst possible scenario. The entire hotel also apparently didn’t have any extra pillows and we were recommended to use our towels as extra pillows. The worst experience.

A bit noisy because it is near the airport and the landing plains flying directly over the hotel. But this depends on the wind and it is not the whole day / night (I think there are no flights during night times)
