It was super accessible to I-44, breakfast was just right, and the staff-especially Gloria and Cornelius-were very willing to help us with all of the unusual requests that we had!

It is just slightly off the highway (I-44), and has ample parking. It’s easy to access, and the front desk staff - especially Gloria and another man whose name I did not get - exemplified a “can do - will do” attitude for some of the unusual requests that I had.
There wasn’t any situation in which we asked for help or service that the weekend staff could not handle with joy and grace!

A beautiful hotel. Beautiful lobby.
Room was big.
Bathroom was a really good size
The room had potential
Lots of towels in the bathroom
Sink counter and toilet were very clean
The table between the beds was not cleaned. It had sticky residue on it.
The bathroom grab bar around the toilet was super sticky at the bends. Terrible
The bathroom floor had a sticky feel around the toilet.
The shower head leaked at the swivel. The majority of the water leaked. (Would have been an awesome shower if all the water came through the shower head)
