It was a super comfy clean and spacious room. Staff were lovely. Its so quiet but handy to lots of shopping and food options. Breakfast good.
The false fire alarms going off early morning, three times in two days. I am sure they will get this fixed pronto . The spa wasn't going and the pool looked a bit green.

A hidden gem that offers spacious rooms with comfortable beds. Large restroom with an amazing shower with great water pressure and hot hot water. Nice big television with variety of channels to watch. AC worked great. Staff were very informative and friendly. Hotel was quiet and very clean. Plenty of parking space. Good variety of food served for breakfast. Located near shopping and restaurants. Definitely will become a hotel of choice for me.
Everything was great. For me I would have liked to have a longer stay.

Consistency of all Holiday Inns I've stayed at. Clean, comfortable, nice breakfast, quiet.
The fire alarm going off and having to go out in the parking lot for an hour. :-)

Good location, friendly staff, generally clean property.
Have stayed at HIE all over the country, but this was an interesting one: smaller lobby area, king suite (room 200) was large at 400 sq ft, but bathroom was tiny and dated, dimly lit, with narrow shower tub and missing tiles near the tub. Our room had a wall with peeling wall paper. At other HIEs, you generally get ~350 sq ft room with a nice, large, well lit bathroom. Loud hall/property alarm went off twice during the day, which was super annoying. Breakfast was good, typical HIE, but no bananas offered. Will NOT stay here during our next Austin trip.
