It was adequate.

The room was clean, but very very stark.

No soap or shampoo for bathing, no in room, no in room, coffee, or cooking utensils, if I were to cook.

Location, price

Very unkept. The kitchen had some leftover fast food condiments left in the drawers. Someone left a used bar of soap on top of the bathroom cabinet, dirt, dust, dead bugs and a lighter found when moving the couch. Cobwebs in the high ceilings, the place seems old and the filth doesn't help. I had left a cell phone in the room when we had checked out which didn't have any data or network services but worked with the wifi. When I initiated my find my lost phone app, the phone was on, still charged, and in that general area of the hotel. When I called the hotel to inquire about a phone being turned in by housekeeping, they checked and nothing has been turned in to the front desk or their "lost and found" I proceeded to track my phones location at that point and made it a priority to go to the hotel physically to ask once more. At that point my phone could no longer be tracked or found if you will. When approached, the front desk still turned up with a phone and if I was anything like the person whom took mine, I surely would've taken that one to replace it. But that was it, my phone was houdini all of a sudden. Mind you this is now 2 days after check out and the man at the front said to try again in the morning as housekeeping routinely turns things of this nature in. I just laughed. If it hadn't been turned in and was in use when I first realized it was missing that day then it wasn't Ever going to be. Wouldn't recommend this place unless it's last minute crash or nearby fishing at the lake.

housekeeping was super excellent! The female staff at desk kind

the male manager extremely rude and insulting. Not safe for a female solo traveler. People smoking outside room my room ( signs say no smoking ) even had a strange young guy fixing something on window cell of my room in his pipe bowl mixing liquid of some sort my curtains closed when I heard the noise at window looked out to see him staring straight at me like in a daze it was frightening and I’m not one to scare easily! ( I’m originally from CHICAGO ) so I know when something is out of the norm. I always trust my instinct and rarely ever complain at a hotel/motel. I’m a very seasoned traveler even all over the world 🙏

People drinking outside didn't feel safe. No coffee in room and lobby was closed to get coffee.

The hotel is older and a bit out of the way for us, but the price was good.

We needed a parking space where we could use an extension cord to charge the batteries on our bass boat overnight. The manager made accomidations for us.

Not much parking if pulling a boat or trailer.

It was quite. Housekeeping was good. Guy at reception desk was nice.

I woke up with bug bites all over me. TV didn't have many good choices.

Very spacious room

Could not sleep due to loud noises from connecting room. Very uncomfortable with connecting room. Wash towels had black spots on them. Loud people upstairs with sounds of moving furniture, stomping and talking.

Place was very nice and beds were so warm and soft

There wasn't a breakfast when we checked out to my knowledge but we had to leave to go back to Dallas but overall it was quite enjoyable

If anything a free coffee kit would be nice. Waking up without any option for coffee or tea was kinda a bummer for us.
