Microwave oven in the room. The shade curtain makes the room fairly dark for sleeping, which is very good and important. Large table to put your stuff on it.

A major problem I have not experienced in other hotels: The floor of room #221 (and perhaps other rooms) very noticeably vibrates intermittently! Disturbing when sitting at the table working on the computer. We had to change rooms and the next day were given a room in the 3rd floor, which didn't have the vibration problem. Lighting was terrible in both rooms. One room had 4 light bulbs in the room, the other had 3. All weak LED bulbs. Semi-dark rooms! You have gone nuts trying to save on electricity. On a separate note, a room with 2 queen beds was not available.

Front reception area bright and clean Staff were friendly and helpful Dining area was bright and clean. I ordered from the menu, buffet not offered. Lady in kitchen very nice and a good cook! Sorry I didn’t get her name. John at the Manager was very polite and helpful.

Bathroom is too small; you step out of the shower and (almost) put your foot in the toilet

The location was perfect for the event that we were there for. within about 2 miles away.

None of the USB ports worked in the room. and 1/2 of the electrical ports as well. So, that posed a problem for the kids. Also, the cook did not show up on Valentines day so we ended up ordering pizza in the room from Domino's.
