We were very comfortable. Large room and shuttle to the ship.
Tours currently in same area as guests however they are doing remodeling that will probably take care of the crowd of people waiting for their tour.

Nice room with a balcony to the harbor in a new addition to the hotel.
The location was good although very very crowded as it shared the location for the harbor cruises and the chaos that occurred around the day was almost unbearable. The room was brand new and had virtually no useable outlets, which seemed quite strange for a new build. The alarm clock was not reset from the last guest that stayed there and went off at about 4:00 AM. Internet was not free -- only available by pay -- which given the cost of the room was unacceptable, so I used my cell hotspot instead. Breakfast was not adequate -- hotel staff came in and took the remaining hot food for themselves by "butting in" and taking the remaining food while I was standing in front of the grille with the omelets and bacon leaving me with nothing.
