The location was perfect by the dock & where the train dropped us off.
I tried to get another pillow but no one responded to the text & no one was at the desk.

Location. Inexpensive compared to most of what is available in town.
Pleasant and efficient staff.
Be ready for an older, smaller - especially the bathroom- but adequate facility.

Very convenient location with all basic needs for travelers including microwave, refrigerator and self laundry room.
The breakfast is the weakest part, lack of some very basic items. During our three days stay, two days had no yogurt and one day even didn’t have milk. The staff there was not motivated for their job and only seasonal workers did the most basic things. Some staff was rude with attitude. When asked why there’s no yogurt on the first day, the answer was that they will get it the next day. However, on the next day, there was no yogurt and no milk, when asked what happened, the answer was that the supply didn’t come, and the staff didn’t even say sorry.
