Stay was grt,but manager insisted on putting snacks on the room,when we wanted to pay cash that was

Did not eat breakfast,had to leave

Parking garage,had to walk stairs because elevator stuck on 3.Then when we went to leave had my Parking ticket did work,but gate went don to fast,had to go through the broke gate.

Excellent facilities, couldn't have been nicer.

We have stayed at this hotel several times in last few years and have always been very pleased with the amenities, the location, etc. I would highly recommend this hotel. They always exceed expectations.

Perfect stay in a beautiful place.

Wow, this place was beautiful, great food and staff were extremely friendly. You could tell the employees liked their jobs. Our room was perfect.

Although the rate for this hotel is higher than other locals, the room and amenities are proportional to it.

Girls concert weekend!

Girls concert weekend! Our stay was fantastic! Staff was so very friendly and very attentive! Room was clean and very comfortable! Great location! Would definitely stay again!

Will not return, the lack of bottled water and free breakfast are hospitality detectors that will have us exploding neig

The location was wonderfully clean. And well lit and located. The beds are incredibly comfortable (we purchased the same mattress for our new home in MN).

There is no breakfast- for such a luxury price tag, I expected water bottles/filtered water, room service and a free breakfast of sorts. It’s was disappointing at best.

Gophers won their opener and I slept well in a very quiet room.

I'm a "free Waffles" kind of guy, and no free waffles. The breakfast menu is definitely convenience foods, but the staff is consistently friendly, gracious and helpful.

It had a luxury feel but a great value.

Really nice property.

They didn’t clean our room. We were really looking forward to coming back to a made-up room after a long day of moving our child into his dorm. Yet no one cleaned our room!

The property and the stay were fantastic but the parking was a scam!

Property was in an ideal location and the staff was exceptional

Parking was the only negative about this property….couldn’t believe after spending the amount of money for the room that I had to pay over $20 per day to park my vehicle near the hotel. Couldn’t believe the property didn’t have a relationship with the attached parking structure….bush league!

Very good

We attended the Minnesota Fringe Festival, and the hotel was ideally located close to the venues. We also appreciated the fitness center and the pool.

While daily maid service is not necessary, it would be nice to have enough coffee for each day. The desk clerk gladly got us some when we asked, but we felt we were intruding.

Amazing staff. An area of Downtown Minneapolis that is more rundown.

The staff were so friendly.

I don’t know what you can do but the two nights that I stayed, the hallway was so noise. From 1-3:00AM were the noisiest. I didn’t know if I should call the desk? I have never experienced that before where it was two nights in a row. Also, downtown Minneapolis comes with its challenges. Many of local establishments are closed and run down.

Super clean, amazingly comfortable beds, awesomely friendly staff, pool water was clean and temperature was perfect, not too cold.

One elevator was uncooperative, not really much choice in shopping or restaurants within 10-12 minutes walk.

Property was clean and the beds were quite comfortable. Other guests were incredibly loud in the hallways at all hours until our last night.

Parking while staying at the hotel should be free not $25 a day.

parking is not free, you will need to pay $20 overnight fee, I booked through Booking.com, but there’s a hiccup on the reservation, they cannot find my name, the staff has to call somebody else to double check my reservation

Superb

It was very easy to get to, the facilities were clean, and the staff was friendly!

What I was charged for the damages deposit was inaccurate compared to the website. I was charged $200 instead of the $100 I was planning on.

Nice rooms and facilities, but don't bother for breakfast

Good location close to US Bank Stadium, 30 minutes walk to downtown. The rooms and facilities were very nice too!

Breakfast in Starbucks is really bad, but to be fair it's Starbucks, so it can only be underwhelming.

Great location right off I-35 with multi establishments across the street. I felt safe in a big city.

Valadating & parking ramp was a bit confusing to me. I never use one before.
