The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The location is fine. The lady at the front desk was polite, friendly and professional. Checking in and out was smooth and fast.
There was a loud bang sound at random times that woke me up every time I finally got back to sleep. It sounded like someone was dropping refrigerators off the roof from time to time. Maybe it was the door to the parking lot banging when it closed. My room was next to the exterior door. I didn't get to sleep soundly until just before the wakeup alarm on my phone went off. I had asked for a wakeup call, but my phone was dead and no one came to knock on my door as I had asked, because the phone was broken. I was also woken up a few times by loud conversations and laughing by people walking past my room. I maybe got 3 or 4 hours of restful sleep, which is what I value the most about a hotel stay.
