Big room, great service, ok facilities at a premium

Friendly staff, cleaning crew was super helpful, spacious rooms, great location

Took a long time for the shower to heat up, whole place smelled of cigarettes, fitness center is a treadmill, bike, & elliptical in a closet

Without Wi-Fi in our room, laundry machines out of order, and a slow check-in, the hotel has a lot to work on.

Location

The Wi-Fi did not work and the laundry did not work! I needed the Internet in our room - this was really not good for me needing to create a memorial slideshow for my mothers funeral service in Somerset the following morning. The room was oddly enormous with no furnishings. The staff was very slow with check in! We were exhausted so it was annoying. This was really a lackluster hotel that has a lot to improve.

Disappointing

The lay out and the chaise lounge chair.

The door opening into the toilet Hearing the footsteps of people above us all night long The handle to the temp control on the shower faucet came off with little movement and the spout itself is very loose. Ants all over the desk under the TV and the night stand. Body wash pump was broken. No name tags on staff and no one introduced themselves until we complained and then a name was given.

very pleasant ,comfortable beds ,and great complimentary breakfast

Of course it is a fairly new location very close to where I needed accommodations and worked out very well for parking the trailer we had in tow. The breakfast had a fantastic selection especially excellent hot foods. Will definitely consider staying here again. it was a very pleasant stay I must mention that I was a little disappointed when I asked if they offered extended stay visits and said they do not have that type of a facility at that location It would be my first choice for future visits when staying for a much longer period of time. I would need something with kitchenette facilities. It seems like many truckers and people visiting to work in the area use this location as I saw laundry facilities available for a small fee. That is an awesome idea Maybe some day extended stay facilities could be considered. that would be fantastic. thank you for a very pleasant stay.

bad experience not worth the money

location

paper thin walls, could hear everyone’s conversation in other rooms and hallways. Very cheap furniture with a lot of damage. Window was permanently fogged.

Very good hotel with breakfast

I have already been to this hotel 2 times, as it is one of the few hotels with breakfast I will book here again in the future Very central location without noise disturbance very friendly staff and very well maintained very large and comfortable rooms

I had no cold water from the tap due to the intensive use of the dryer, there was a strong smell of perfume in the hallway. That was a bit disturbing, but at least you couldn't smell it in the room

Short & sweet because we got to spend time with our grandson.

It was a good location because of the places we had to go to.

The building has a water problem. The water in the shower of our first room was freezing cold! My grandson took a shower & the water was fine the next person who attempted to take a shower didn't because the water was freezing. My husband called the main desk & told them the situation & we were given another room. (next to the one we had) When my husband was going to take a shower the faucets were wrong. He had to turn it towards the C (for cold) to get hot water! When he first turned the water on it was black, obviously it hadn't been turned on in a while! Our room was next to a utility room & a couple of times during the night there was a very loud pounding noise coming from the room???

I really enjoyed my time in the US

Easy to find and quite central large room breakfast could have been better but it was okay very friendly staff

Breakfast was very sweet with few healthy offers Pool is tiny and was closed at breakfast the TV was on all the time

Would use this hotel again

Great location. Did not eat breakfast at the hotel. Very comfortable bed

Comfort of seating. One chaise lounges with no pillow. Only other chair was a desk chair.

Hotel was major letdown

Fair food , ok location

Tried to put us in a room we did not book, room with burnt out ac unit. Card keys did not work. Elevator broken. Musty room

Convenient for us. Our fifth time here and everything gets worse.

No maid service for three days until we said something. No information in the room. No signs about maid service. Snack room empty when we got there. The desk clerk was watching football and the phone was ringing off the hook . probably won't be back again Too expensive for what you get
