The lobby/ breakfast area are beautiful! I have particularly enjoyed the coffee machines. There’s nothing like a nice cup of fresh coffee instead of an old pitcher that’s been sitting around. I was also very pleased with the kind staff that never failed to greet me as I entered the building.
I had several minor complaints:
1) I was not made aware in advance that the hotel was under construction. This caused unnecessary stress when I pulled into the parking lot and was immediately concerned that the booking service I used had made a mistake.
2) The floor of the elevator was in need of repair and was a tripping hazard for me (I am not able to walk well).
3) There was not a garbage bin in my bathroom.
4) I paid for a room that slept 4 but the balcony only had seats for 2.
