Great place. Clean and private. A must for couples.

The TV’s could be updated. We are baseball fans and like to watch the games in the evening.

Nice hotel in the heart of Lancaster, close to most things that you want to see in Amish country. The room was a nice size, with decent furniture.

Your restaurant was outstanding. Bar staff also very attentive and service very hood.

We did not stay for breakfast because we had a time schedule

I have stayed at the Inn of Lenola once before and was looking forward to returning.

This is a beautiful property. So charming. Great staff.

The separate buildings was nice. Not a big cookie cutter hotel. The decor was unique in a good way. One of a kind.

FANTASTIC for a RESET with the GIRL

I had a wonderful room was upgraded. Super clean and the kitchenette was wonderful. Asked for additional wine glasses and was accommodated. Wonderful, high end place to stop in PA - to have high quality restaurant on premises was a real plus. I had room 509 and I LOVED it. Great for a weekend away or girls weekend.

I wish I could have had a list of spa services and current availability to schedule before I came - or at least when I arrived. I would have spent more money!

Staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms and grounds were very clean. Easy in and out and close enough to everything we wanted. The little Caffe within the facilities was wonderful.

Had to change rooms after first night. Too noisy above us in the Salon. The young Lady I talked too about the issue was extremely helpful and moved us. If she wouldn't have done that, this would be a different review.

Best stay ever!

It was beautiful in and out of the room. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The staff was top notch!

Sometimes there was nobody at the front desk because they were assisting customers throughout the property.

I am handicapped and had sent an email weeks before our stay. The front desk called about our upcoming stay. It was worked out that our room would be right next to the elevator. Our room ended up being the furthest building away, the very last room on the highest floor. To someone who walks with mechanical help, it was a disaster.

A wonderful experience for a weekend getaway!

the room and furnishings were beautiful. bed was very comfortable (and high— lucky there was a step stool!). I loved the small touch of a nightlight in the bathroom. Plenty of warm lighting for a cozy atmosphere.

Excellent location for an evening or weekend getaway

We have stayed at The Inn a couple of times now for an evening or weekend getaway. The staff at The Inn are very professional and incredibly helpful. They have always walked us to our room to provide details about it. The rooms are beautifully decorated and very clean and comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant onsite, Osteria Avanti. The food there is very good and a convenient walk from our room. All-in-all, The Inn at Leola Village is an outstanding hotel/resort that contains all that you need for an evening or weekend stay.

Couldn't think of any improvements to suggest. The staff and facility were outstanding.

Staff was friendly, the room was cute and clean, nights are not very restful due to the ongoing traffic at night.

It is a cute, old village type Inn. Well taken care of and the cafe next door is great!

The house we stayed in is located right at the main road, which made it very noisy during the night. Especially if you’re a light sleeper and used to quiet nights.

loved it!

so very clean and quaint. had everything on-site. we enjoyed a couple massage that was excellent and enjoyed the restaurant and coffee shop onsite. our room was an old tabacco farm type barn. huge king jacuzzi. we had such a great stay.

The establishment billed my credit card a second time for the room and tried hiding the fact they did it when it was brought to their attention. The heat would not turn off, and no maintenance was available to fix it. The smell of sewer filled the loft every night.
