Room had what we needed and they put us on the ground floor as requested. Adequate towels.

Unexpectedly loved this overnight stop off place.
It was clean, modern, the pool area was great.
They have laundry facilities which made our trip easier.
Great location to gain entry into Yosemite National Park.
The diner next door was walking distance.

This is a great little motel, super close to Yosemite, very well kept, and the staff are very nice. It's owner-operated. The rooms were spacious and nicely updated. It's right down the street from a cafe called The Tangled Heart, which is an incredible breakfast and lunch spot. The diner next door is not that desirable, but it's pretty much your only option for dinner.
The hotel uses a pretty strong air freshener, or perhaps it's a fabric softener in the sheets and towels, that, to me, felt overpowering. In fact, after two nights in the motel, my clothing and my suitcase absorbed that smell, and it followed me to my next destination. That said, I'm hypersensitive to this stuff, so it may be a non-issue to you.
