Beautiful scenery. Comfortable hotel and had a great time.

Hotel just walking distance from casino. Casino staff excellent. Very helpful even when just looking for person I was with. Guy walked around with me very social.

The ATM machine was rather deceptive in where the money came out. My cousin had a problem and someone stole her money when we went to get help. The casino staff replaced the stolen money and escorted thief out( he was on camera).

Most likely this was our first and more than likely our last stay also.

Food was horrible the excuse was a new menu only item good was the fried shrimp ended up going to Chicken Ranch Casino food was awesome breakfast exceptional. The room at Black Oak was nice.

Need quality control in your food service. Not being ignored by receptionist and bad body odor. Not comped for having to get our own towels for next day stay over. Not being comped for inconvenience of smoke inhalation caused by another guests microwave incident that required the fire department to respond.

My perspective

The ability to go and be outdoors close pool access great casino coverage great games plenty of things for the kids to do beautiful landscape and a great location of every peaceful able to play around make noise and feel as if you were at home

Decadent a bright light in the rooms like a ceiling light it would have been nice to have that option

We enjoyed our stay

Room was very clean, I wanted a room that didnt face the parking lot, which they gave me and the bed was very comfy. Enjoyed our stay.

We didn’t end up staying and didn’t receive any reimbursement of any kind

The hotel itself was clean and nice

Staff were less than enthusiastic or interested in our well being (other than Timothy the bell hop who was great!) the whole reason we stayed at this hotel was to take our kids to the arcade and bowling alley in the casino, just to find out it was all closed. We have toddlers so it was impossible to keep them entertained so we ended up leaving to drive home at 5pm. When I told the lady at the front desk we weren’t staying she didn’t even ask why or if there was anything she could help with. A real big disappointment for everyone!

Beds are very comfortable, clean and beautiful hotel..I will be coming back soon😊

I kept on hearing a humming noise from the pipes! I did have a little hard time falling sleep! Other then that it was all good😊

Noce stay but too expensive for work travel. Booked through Booking .com

Went into town for breakfast since cafe doesn't open until 9am. Location is great!

We went to visit Yosemite and the GPS sent us through the Wards Ferry Road. It's an EXTREMELY dangerous road. This should be better signaled.

it was over all extremely relaxing

they are amazing at keeping my privacy as the most important thing

that there is such an early check out with no availablilty to use the pool or other facilities after being forever to check out half way through my stay

The Staff was very helpful. Bed was pretty comfortable.

The room is in desperate of an upgrade! Paint peeling from walls. Furniture very worn!!

Great retreat near the snow

Clean, nicely decorated, friendly staff, bowling and arcade on site. Great for families!

I felt very well taken care of and safe, it was clean and the staff was helpful and friendly!

the pool and spa are heated and the staff is friendly the amenities are awesome and everyone was very helpful and accommodating!

I do not like the fact the hotel is quite a walk to the casino!! also the pool hours are no where near long enough!
