rooms were ok . looked like they just remodeled but could have been cleaner . the pool was a plus for the kids . free br

Never again

The room was clean.

The service was terrible. The employees were eating the free breakfast with the customers at the lobby tables. They were loud and yelling at each other. There was a $250 damage deposit but the rooms are not checked or cleaned daily. The guest service didn't seem to know how to manage reservations at check in or check out. They let's didn't work consistently.

I was very disappointed. I wish I had chosen a different hotel/motel.

Close to Ohio state Hospital East. Room had a handicapped shower.

Room was DIRTY! Floor needed to be swept, furniture needed to be dusted and wiped off. Light above the mirror in bathroom did not work. Was locked out of room twice!

I didn’t get to stay

They didn’t have my room booked. I had to drive home at 2am. Granted, I booked it the day of, but don’t tell me my booking was confirmed when it clearly wasn’t saved.

God awful.

Easy access from the highway.

Extremely noisy, kids running around yelling non stop- I asked for a quieter room and was told “ they’d talk to the kids”. Absolutely terrible service, extremely unrestful and completely not worth the cost. I almost left to find a motel 6.

unproffessional not for me and worth the money our bed was sunk in pillows was hard

location great the breakfast and Ms Crystal was very polite and helpful with the breakfast bar

staff wasn’t friendly just Ms crystal at breakfast I seen the general manager get into it with a customer unprofessional I left my coat in the room took 2 days to get someone to answer the phone I started calling at night when I realized my coat was lost to find out they don’t keep clothes we had late checkout the lady clean our room just bust In our room talking about housekeeping when dnd sign was on door she came up early morning with her cart hitting walls and doors being rude we seen a couple arguing he drove the woman on top of his car to the front of the hotel no police was called by staff I have video of both incidents smh just not for me I just want my work key fong don’t care about the north face jacket I know they didn’t throw away smh its hard to believe they have no lost and found when people forget stuff all the time I'm sure they take the stuff for themselves

It was something enjoyable for me and my husband to relax for the weekend.

I likes that it offered the jacuzzi tub. I like the pool. I like that there were places to eat near there.

I didn't like that I was only able to get into the pool once due to parties being thrown there. I also didn't like the workout equipment. It wasn't working properly. I also wasn't happy with having to fork over $200 that I have to wait 2-3 days to get back. I wasn't told about that when I booked.

all in all the staff was nice and the breakfast was delicious the room was clean other then the odor of smoke

It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at

Someone else was in the room they gave us a key t took our towels when cleaning room and refused to give us more so we had no towels. Stated they were out of towels. No hot breakfast as oroMoses, first said they didn’t have staff then said oven was broken. Elevator didn’t work from third floor where we were. Staff was rude, on their cell phone as customers were talking to them every time. Kids were fighting in the pool unsupervised. Causing us to leave the pool

the hotel was dirty, there was trash in our room when we got there. And the breakfast food wasn’t good options. the lady cooking was super nice, but the food wasn’t good

The best breakfast we ever had at a Hotel and morning staff made us feel so good. Thank you all!

the hot tub and pool! we loved the breakfast and the staff in the morning! They were awesome.

we had to change our rooms 4 times within two nights because of room issues.

I love the morning staff they was wonderful

They did not have no clean towels or wash rags or blankets because their industrial washing machine was broke the fact that I had to change room three different times and then I went to stay a second night and they close the pool so family was sad plus I waited for a manager the hold day they never came in

Nasty New Years

The way the room was set up.

Not being able to check-in until 6pm due tonthe room not being ready. They said they had call offs and more than usual reservations that they were not prepared for. Also once in the room it had feces or blood sprayed across the celing above the bed and jaccuzi. Also no toilet paper in room when my husband went to front desk to ask for some they gave him an opened half roll that was under the desk. Wost stay in my life. We won't be back to this hotel!

dirty food on the wall and lamps carpet torn ceiling falling down in shower rust on everything in bathroom including shower head just nasty and this was their top room a jacuzzi room

It was lovely and the staff were very nice.

Loved that the pool was warm and that I pretty much had it to myself because it’s winter. but I’m happy they had it open. Also loved the jacuzzi in my room.

Wish they had more ways to get food or snacks.
