FRONT DESK VERY FRIENDLY. HOTEL IS VERY CLEAN.
I WAS NOT ABLE TO CHANGE MY BED FROM 1 QUEEN TO 2 DOUBLE. TRAVELING WITH MY SON. FRONT DESK SAID I HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING. BECAUSE THEY COULN'T CHANGE IT.

The bed was very comfortable.
The bathroom door would not shut, and it looked like it had been that way for a while which would indicate the facilities maintenance is lacking! There was a towel shoved under the sinks bottom shelf again this would lead me to think the floor was not properly cleaned. The phone speed dial to the front desk and the restaurant did not work therefore I had to walk down to the restaurant to order room service. Upon telling the front desk people when I checked out there was no offer of anything to compensate for the issues not even a free breakfast voucher! It's clear the front desk workers have wherewithal on how to properly take care of their guest that paid a lot of money for a one-night stay.
