It was clean and very well maintained
The cards to enter the room didn’t work. We had to go down twice to let the clerk know the key was not working.

Accommodations and all the stuff from housekeeping kitchen staff and people working the front desk everyone was willing to help and answer questions for us. This is a new place for me to stay.
The rooms could use a few upgrades in repairs to make it look a little nicer, but all the great place

Overall, the location was clean, and I was satisfied with my stay. The staff was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. I truly appreciated their kindness and professionalism.
I was not completely satisfied with the parking situation. There were no parking spaces available nearby, so I had to park a considerable distance from the office. There were also people walking outside of the designated parking areas and around the vehicles, which made the situation somewhat inconvenient.
Additionally, I was disappointed with the room service policy. Housekeeping is not provided unless it is requested the night before, and I would have preferred more regular room service without having to make a request in advance.

convenient location near the highway, double TV, room with large kitchen
Breakfast was limited, so if you don't like savory foods, you can't expect to just have yogurt and waffles. Socializing was difficult with unfriendly staff, and in other hotels, draft beer was self-service with no attendants to serve it. The carpet was dated and unclean, both in the room and in the common areas. The sink broke during our stay, and in general, the seals on the bathroom fixtures and faucets were poorly maintained. The switches were faulty and cracked. 😡 "Card payment mishandled at check-out. Funds were held despite successful transaction according to bank and card." 😤
