I liked the indoor pool and the tables around the pool.

My blankets were dirty, I wasn’t given enough towels or any wash clothes. The pool clothes really early. The washer was broken and the front staff was dressed unprofessionally.

It was located in a nice area close to Duck Pond and other highlights on the area.

The staff were no very attentive to the needs of the customers, such as not putting out enough plates at breakfast time.

Location was great, some staff were very pleasant and the pool was clean.

Reservation was for 6 and room description said it slept 6, arrived to 2 double beds, no sofa bed or rollaway, when I inquired I was told none of the rooms offer more than the 2 double beds. They offered a single size rollaway, luckily I had two little ones that could share it. The kicker though, is when I received my bill at checkout, they charged me for the rollaway. There was a plate around the shower control that wouldn’t stay up, so there was a hole in the wall that made us all feel uncomfortable while showering. Last day there, a building alarm of some sort went off early morning and went off for a very long time. Breakfast wasn’t mediocre.
