Location was great. Easy to find out way to and from going into Alpena. Park on lake with beach was a nice plus. Excellent Italian estaurant next door was so close we walked to it.
Room was pretty small. But it was clean and bed was comfortable.

Motel was near the Lake Huron. Moderately priced. Room was quiet. Bed was good.

The room was very clean and the owners friendly and helpful. The location was great, you could walk across the street to the beach. The room was quiet and there was plenty of hot water.
The charming 1950s bathroom was a challenge with its low sink and toilet. The room felt a bit cramped with a large lounger sort of crammed in between the bed and window.
