There's really so much to say! Everything was extremely exceptional! From breakfast options to bed comfort! The staff always goes above and beyond! Even gifting my son batteries for his video games! I appreciate the attentiveness of the front desk ladies! My son has ASD and hotels are his go to for his birthday (which it was) and It completely slipped my mind to remove the phones as I usually do when we go, and my son ended up calling 911 (has a history) I had no idea, until moments later she came knocking on the door and out of breath, I'm sure she had ran up the stairs to the 4th floor to make sure we were all ok as the emergency response was on the line! We were completely embarrassed! But she handled it amazingly for not knowing anything I just said. This is our second time coming in under a year and it NEVER disappoints!!

My only issue is the obvious sign of sloppy repairs and all the carpets throughout need a good cleaning! And a designated smoke pit AWAY from the family oriented areas! Even so the people were polite but the smell was horrendous!
