Renoviert, sauber und in sehr guter Lage zum Joshua Tree N.P.

Hotel wurde renoviert, ist sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Frühstück war auch in Ordnung gewesen. Lage in Nähe des östlichen Einganges vom Joshua Tree N.P.

Great place to stay close to the national park and other facilities.

Everything. I have never been disappointed with Holiday Inn. The places are always clean, and provide everything one could need. There is always a nice breakfast included (or almost always) and the employees are always profession and friendly. That is why I always try to book a Holiday Inn hotel whenever and wherever I can.

Close to the National park, friendly staff but could be cleaner

The staff was very friendly and helpful! We liked it that the breakfast fast included/free of charge.

The cleanliness can be improved. Eg. Remains of half eaten toast lying on the floor of the elevator. Rooms were also not cleaned - we stayed 2 nights and our room was not cleaned/serviced.

We had a room om the street site, due to a Light construction of the windows the room was very noisy due to passing traffic

Exceptional

The breakfast was amazing. Room was clean. Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Excellent staff all around. Everyone was polite, friendly and accommodating

The hot tub was closed and the pool was not heated. Would have made a difference. Would like to use all the amenities.

Exceeded expectations

All staff was amazing friendly and nice! Room was super clean, bathroom, beds (including pillows) were very comfy and clean; A/C was not smelling moldy or dusty like in other hotels nor was very loud; Breakfast was fresh, delicious with so many options. Coffee and tea were available at all times in the hotel lobby and in the room. We were totally pleasantly surprised with this hotel; Exceeded our expectations!

Nice hotel next to Joshua Tree park!

- Great hotel location for Joshua Tree National Park! - Hotel rooms were recently renovated and our room looked nice! - Helpful staff! - Good variety for breakfast and great to have hot breakfast! - Room was clean and bed comfortable!

- Duvet was too hot, impossible to sleep under, even with open window (which opens only a little). Good part is that staff provided us with a blanket which was much better. - It would be nice to have dimmable lights next to the bed.

Really liked the hotel, will call them to book directly next time.

Excellent room, excellent shower, fine breakfast. Especially liked the paper bags provided for take away snacks.

Booking.com screwed up payment to the hotel--I paid two months in advance, yet Booking.com did not transfer my payment.

Comfortable, clean hotel. I would book it again.

Check-in was easy and quick. The staff was welcoming. The room was clean and a nice size. I like the shampoo and body wash dispensers in the showers. The breakfast was fresh and had a decent selection. Parking was easy.

The temperature control was inadequate. The heating only went down to 70, which is too warm for sleep. The bed was good but not great. I understand the hotel is upgrading these rooms this year. The room coffee was stale and there was only one pod of caffeinated.

Facility was very clean.

We requested 2 double beds but was given a room with a king bed. My son slept on the couch. It would have been nice to have a pull out bed since we weren’t given a room with 2 beds. There were no rooms with 2 beds available. The person at the desk said it was because of my booking of a “standard room”. I booked a room with 2 queen beds.
