Arrived late and staff welcomed us and was able to check in quickly. Breakfast was included, it was good and super nice attendee. Kept area clean and stocked. Room was quiet and convenient to local stores. Loved having lotion available next to sink after hand washing. Nice touch.
Pool was closed and no explanation as to why. Shower water was lukewarm but not cold so we managed. Would book again if needed.

The breakfast selections were typical of what I expect of the Holiday Inn Express. I was pleased to see that the hot dishes were still available, and were varied enough for different guests. The room was very clean and comfortable, and the pool was pleasant and clean.
The hotel and room were sufficient--nothing to find fault with.
