Zimmer groß und sauber, gut zu erreichen ca. 20 Minuten bis zur 5th Avenue

Wonderful experience & Great Value

Great location, walk to restaurant & bakery, short drive to everything, down off the main rd a little, so quiet and peaceful. The suites are very spacious and comfortable. The pool area is beautiful & private. Nice breakfast.

The likes far outweighed my dislikes and I would stay here again. Entire staff is friendly and pleasant.

Location close to just about everything if you have a car. I liked having a kitchen in my room. Breakfast was great.

Pool temperature cold. Housekeeping service needs a lot of improvement - ladies were very nice but would ignore the “I’m staying in” sign and knock on door at 8:30am anyways. One time they walked right in without even knocking. Beds are ok but the mattress cover kept dislodging from mattress and I would have to fix it at least once every night. Pillows are lumpy.

Good hotel in a convenient location

Location of hotel was convenient. Very good choice at breakfast. Plenty of car parking.

Room was dated, bathroom especially.

Staff was very nice

The AC unit was leaking and my husband stepped in it and his socks were soaked. It was in his side of the bed and he had to be careful when he got out of bed.

first time at a Hawthorn Suites and very satisfied.

Service was great. pool facilities were good. Overall very nice hotel.

Room was dark. No view. Not close to downtown Naples.

Staff were great!! Pool was great!! Social hour was great!! Nice, spacious, clean room, with a comfortable bed and a full kitchen.

Location wasn't the best..it's nice that breakfast was served.., but it was only standard breakfast food.. Room was a bit pricey for the slow season.

I’ll be back

2nd visit and without doubt everything was as expected clean , friendly and staff very polite.

Children not respecting the rules around the pool. They are there for safety!

Best Wyndham I have ever stayed

Location to beach and to interstate. Loved the facility was beautiful and excellent. Beautiful room and comfortable. Everyone was so nice.

The carts for luggage were small. The dishes were dirty.

Superb

Breakfast was the normal hotel breakfast. The pool and outdoor area was beautiful with a lot of acomadations. Room was good size with a nice kitchenette and was clean.

A great hotel in a peaceful location close to all the amenities.

My wife and I had a very comfortable room on the third floor overlooking the gardens and pool. Don on the front desk was extremely helpful and recommended us to an excellent restaurant close by for dinner.

All good as far as I am concerned and I would definitely book to return there on my next visit to Naples.

Nice place.

Not many options in our price budget in Naples as its a very expensive location. Naples as a town was beautiful and we'd highly recommend seeing it. The small pool had some floats and things for the kids.

Breakfast was ok. The room itself was a little tired and couch was almost so uncomfortable you couldn't use it.

lovely hotel with great breakfast and amenities. great for budget as well!

the pool was a bit dirty, but with the storms and wind it made sense and was an easy clean. would love to see a bigger hot tub in the future but it was still pleasant.

Not bad for a quick trip

The hotel was super clean; breakfast was decent for continental. The pool was great too. Everyone but my husband found the beds OK, not the best but good enough to sleep through the night.

My husband has a bad back and hip the bed was entirely way too hard.

Business travelers should not have to subsidize tourists. I have to travel on business and pay exorbitant rates for this time of year. The rates drop precipitously once the snowbirds return north in spring. Basically, I am penalized for doing business at this time of year.
